I'm not wearing any eyes in this post because I kind of liked how it looked without them lol
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE HEAD:
This head was meant for male avs, which means it comes with a matching male skin.  If you want to wear a female skin with it that matches you will have to find one on your own, I tried some female ones from Genesis Lab and got a close enough match for the photo.  It has a wider/thicker neck shape than female heads generally do so it might not work with your shape.  I had to photoshop a seam out, lol.  This head also comes with matching elf ears so that's awesome.  If you like it, go check out the main store for more gifts and for some interesting full priced items.

Evie's Closet

Hello! I've been active in SL (aka not just playing Barbie on Freebie Island) since late 2007, and a fan of Evie Miles' creation probably since early 2008. In the beginning I was fangirling her a lot, but then I got to know her and I am now proud to call her a friend (and fangirling even more!) When something's free at Evie's Closet, you don't hesitate, you run and get it, log in all your alts and get it for them and tell ALL your friends who log their alts and tell their friends who log their... you get the idea. Since you don't want to be the only person on the grid missing the free stuff at Evie's Closet, I strongly advise you to run there ASAP. These are not new creations, so you might already have them, but they've not aged a bit, and are still gorgeous.

Fable - Halloween

I dare you to find in your inventory another piece of clothing that's 2 years old and still looking so good, what with all the new mesh stuff and all. Baroque style...

Hello! Poetic Colors just released a new series of eyes! They come in 3 sizes, 3 levels of white and of course with the system eyes and mesh. No demo available, but instead, even better : a free color. This exquisite shade of purple, Orchid, is simply stunning.

Once I had the eyes I had to match them with clothes and all, so I finally faced the crowd at Collabor 88 and one of the first things to rez for me was that dress from Chantkare. No need to say I bought it immediately (without even trying a demo, I know, baaaad, but I'm lucky it's standard sizing and fits me perfectly)

To understand my reaction to the dress, you need to see the picture below. The dress belonged to my grand-mother, who was always very elegant and fashionable, and she would wear it at cocktail parties and when she passed away my mom thought I'd like to have it. So yeah, this is me :

Nzuri Vintage dollarbie

Hello lovely people! It's a bright and sunshiny day out there and the perfect weather to wear a dress that transform into a swimsuit in a second! Nzuri has exactly what you need available at Vintage Fair, and it's only 1l$! I love the flowery pattern and the 2 in 1 look of Gloria. It has a little flaw at the hem of the cleavage, but I think it looks like my boobs are whiter than the rest of my skin, like I got a little suntan with a different swimsuit. I don't know if it's on purpose, but I actually like it.

Last Minute Post

  SL has been a total d**k to me the last several days and I have barely been able to get anything done.  I managed to sort of get a picture, small and cruddy as it may be, of some sale items from Cheap Makeup and PurpleMoon before their sales ended. 
  Cheap Makeup has everything at the store set to 40% off through the 19th.  This means you can get their already low priced makeup for ridiculous prices, like 15L a makeup and things like that.  They have things all the way from basic to wild and it really is possibly my fave tattoo makeup store so go check it out before it ends!

  The PurpleMoon sale ends on the 20th.  All the new release mesh items in the center area of the store are only 59L.  I got this great strapless dress and a pink vintage sweater but I really want to go back and grab some more!!

Your Granny is a Star

December has these AMAZING glasses for free as a group gift.  The glasses have color and opacity changes for the frames, lenses, jewels, etc.  They can be worn on the face or on top of the had.  They have bling/glow/shine/jewel on or off options.  They are basically customizable to the max.  And did I mention they are free?  Yes, free.  This is one of the best gifts I have seen in a while!  Thank you MandyMandy!

While the glasses can be worn with an opaque lenses for a rock star look, with colored frames and lenses for a trendy look and more, I thought it would be fun to wear them over sized with the brown frames and semi-opaque lenses for a sort of fabulous retro grandma look. xD  The free texture testers from Lamb had the prefect gray to compliment that style.  I'm not even sure if these texture testers are meant to be worn out but hey, they come in all colors, are an adorable bob, and are free.  So yay!  And what fancy grandma goes without lots of jewelry?  None that I know of!  So grab the free set from Donna Flora to fill that need.
