An Atomic Dare
Not many words today I'm afraid (that could be a plus though :P)
Dare Munro is my go to guy for smexy clothes. When I need to feel empowered, I usually turn to his latex. This is Flux, a multi layered, full outfit with boots included.
There will be special lucky chair colours, that are unavailable to buy, till their time in the chair is up. The opening of Atomic (as covered here by Cas) has relieved both Sas and me of many many lindens. Oh the piercings and tatts, yes......... I'm swooning. The hair is pretty rockin too, I've shown my favie here. None of the Atomic stuff is free, but as what I've shown are fast becoming my staples, you haz no choice but to see em :P Ash Out.

Surprise!! It's Aeon.
I tell you this move across the world has knocked me for six, and getting used to the timezone is so bloody hard. I miss all my SL and RL friends that I was so used to seeing every day, however, in some ways it's been good to not socialise as I've been getting all creative and shit in my studio.....ahhh just like the old days :P
Getting creative however means I have a whole lotta catching up to do blogging wise,so may as well start now! You'll find some great yummies in the chair at Dare Designs, "Surprise" being one of them. Total rawr, wild woman stuff........lickable latex on eleventy twelve million layers.

You will be collecting 50 sarcophagi hidden in our participating stores and around our sim.
Inside each sarcophagus will be either a phrase, a gift, or both. Each one of the phrases you collect is part of a whole paragraph that talks about Cleopatra. Sarcophagi may move around from day to day, so if you missed one it may be easier to find the next day. Even if you don't get them all, you will pick up some delicious prizes along the way, so don't give up. Put the paragraph together CORRECTLY, and you are eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing!!!.

I Hate Packing
Packing, it's not fun.......and I wish I could pay someone to do it for me. We leave on Weds, and it feels like there's so much more to be done. When I decided to move back to England, I kinda didn't factor into my rationale how much work it would actually be to pack up thirteen years of my life. I remember when I first arrived in Sydney, I had one suitcase of shoes and one of clothes...that at least hasn't changed :P I've donated all the furniture to a local charity, so I know that'll be going somewhere it's needed. Of course mini Ash has been quite vocal on what we should take, even going as far as to unpack her little cases when she thinks I'm not looking!

Hola!
Wow it's been awhile!! SL and RL have gotten so busy in the last couple of weeks, and I was doing my best to keep up.......then I just said fuck it, and started hanging out having fun instead. Most of yesterday was spent waiting for Nishant Zobovic to put out the hair we had been waiting very impatiently for :P While waiting, Sas and I tried to sort inv, then she got dizzy from throwing stuff away, and I thought it best we stop!
Most of you would have this amazing preview from the Tuli group, but if you don't, FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS HOLY grab it now! "Hope" is stunning. You have a choice of tones and brow colours, which is awesome.
Pididdle has opened up at Fashion Mode, and looky, special dollarbie make up for yooooos. The makeup is so cute, and again you get a choice of tones.
For a couple of weeks now, girls have been asking in fashion emergency, and other groups I'm in, "What's happened to Lazolli?" Buggered if I knew, but I did love that store with a deep and burning passion. The skin shown here has been in my inv for a bit. I didn't know who sent it (thanks to capping and crashing on logging in). I went to the store to have a look round last week, then got distracted by IMs and forgot why I was there ;P Fast forward to this morn and this post, and I was like oooh I have that skin, then the penny dropped! Thanks for solving the mystery Narita!! Sooo, the point of that ramble is, Lazolli has rebranded to L'oring, this skin is free for a limited time, go grab it! It's the Jorden skin, the one Narita posted is Takako, both still avail at the time of posting for free.
Here's a new release from Dare Designs, this colour is the lucky chair exclusive. The Enthralled set is beautiful, I love the options that come with all of Dare's clothes.
This set Dare was kind enough to gift to me. "Beauty Is Pain" is a terribly apt name for the last two weeks of my sl. Thank you Dare, you rock! The hair!!! While it's not free, it's the biggest damn hair I've seen in ages and I fecking loves it!! Grab your blast from the past at Mirai Style. And remember, the higher the hair, the closer to god :P Ash Out.

Dare To Be Different.
Dare from Dare Designs must be one of those all seeing undead types, cos literally as I was about to shuffle off to PS to process the first pic, he dropped a preview on me of next week's releases! We have lucky chair goodness, as well as stuff not in the chair.
This set is shown in my favie colour of Dare's, Blood/Red. The set in the chair is Coffee, as shown here. The Wilhelmina set is a huge folder of goodies, corset, panties, jacket, hat, cane, cape stockings, leggings, boots... oy! Time is about to run out, it will be removed from the chair pretty soon, so you know the drill. The amazing skin shown you can thank Loli for. While it's not free, the only hard time I had was not buying all the sodding fatpacks :P You'll find this beautiful, stitched up bit of dewy goodness at Atomic.
Shown here is the Papillion set, in pink, fuscia (lucky chair exclusives) and my fave again red. They won't be released till next week, but once they are, the pink and fuscia will only be in the chair, not avail to buy. Isn't my hair the absolute cutest. Named after our Loli, and available for a linden, along with 5 other equally pretty styles from Tiny Bird. Although on wearing the hair, I had the strangest urge to yell things IN CAPITALS and also had an odd attraction to mudkips........hmm, wonder if that's coincidence? Ash out.

WALPURGISNACHT!!!
When Dare dropped a folder on me labeled "Walporgis", I was like dood, how the hell do you pronounce it?!! Of course Sasy cracked up, "You don't blog in voice silly!" Point taken but still, I like to know shit :P
The upshot is this: Dare Designs is having a hunt for 48 hours. The prizes are amazing, ranging from clothes, to jewelry, to the most incredible monobike I have ever seen.
I'll copy some of the card to you : WALPURGISNACHT!!! (otherwise known as Beltane for us Pagans...)
It is traditional to celebrate the coming of spring and the renewal of life with fires... bonfires and passion's flames, actually... and to honor this tradition I've laid out a Hunt for the two nights of Walpurgisnacht (48 hours, actually).
There are twelve balefire prizes to find, roughly half hidden in the store(s), the other half spread throughout the sim. Since Walpurgisnacht is Halloween in spring, there's a trick to finding these treats - you'll need to look high and low, watch for secret doors and passages, and check all the spooky corners. The prizes are numbered, though - so you'll know when you've found all 12.
The hunt begins midnight tonight and will end midnight, May 1st. (I may extend it if enough Hunters need the time)
Just so you know what you're looking for - the first balefire prize object is VERY easy to find.

Dare would prefer actual locations of the prizes aren't given out, but for hints or hunt discussion, feel free to join the Dare Designs Signature Members Group. That means no slurl lists and no cheat sheets.
As always, every outfit is detailed, several layers for different looks and hawt, lets not foget the hawt :P
This last outfit, I know Kenlee's gonna try to pry out of my pixel hands, it's so very her!! I may make an exchange, her soul for the outfit.......seems fair!! Ash Out.

Ash's other love
So Sileny has sl food, Winter has pink, Acha has bunneh, Loli has Creams and Creams has gestures, Adi has GG. All things they love with a deep and burning passion. My new love is CS4. This is why I've been MIA, I have been utterly absorbed. I want to reach into my hard drive and hug the shit out of this program, srsly. I love love love love it. I recommend upgrading to anyone who has an earlier version of PS, this version is perfection.
Enough of gushing over programs, time now to gush over clothes. My 2 favie designers, the gorgy girls @ Axel have redecorated, overhauled and released a ton of new stuff. I took Q in there and went to town, I think I bought her the whole store :P This is the latest dollarbie, and won't be out for long, so best to make Axel the first stop on your list. The skin is a group gift from Yourskin Yourshape, a fave store of Creams. The face is so pretty, there's a painted hairbase, and cute tan lines.
Another of my loves is my friends, especially those who say nothing when I tp in to clear a chair/board half naked ;) Ms Hempy called me to Likkahouse, she got to see my bewbs, I got this dress ...sounds fair no?! The blood layer came from the hunt at Fallen Gods, I'm still going with that one, I've found 7 prizes before lag got the better of me, but I'm soo going back to finish it up! I had a really great time exploring, and I found heaps of stuff I'd never seen before. My favorite part of the sim has always been the gallery, but now I have some awesome hidey holes, for those times when I just like to vanish. The awesome flats shown are from Flair, not free, but so worth spending money on. The skin is from Hobo, I saw a pic of it on our Flickr and was all "WANT" You too can have it, for an L, yes one whole linden.
And quite literally bringing up the rear (:P) lucky chair newness from Dare Designs. There are eleventytwelve million colours to be won, aren't you a spoilt bunch! They are only residing in the chair for a week, so start stalking now. Ash Out.

Yay!
Yay for eleventytwelve reasons! I had a day off today, all our forms, applications (including details on the colour of underwear I prefer) have been signed, sealed and delivered. Now I wait, and while I wait, I found lots to share.
All of these gorgeous outfits are from Jill. It may be old news to alot of you, but for me (in Adaire's words) I've had my head up my ass, and once I unassified myself I realised Jill had redecorated and now has a group gift area outside her store. Join the group and have your tag activated to get your mitts on the lushness. Shown with the to die for Seduction skins from Cupcakes. While they are sooo not free, there was a BOGOF sale happening earlier today, you'll have to check the group notices to see when it's over. Also I saw the hair I'm wearing on Gogo's blog, and decided I would die a terrible, terrible death if I didn't own it :P It's from Slink, it rocks, you need it.
Yes, a preview, from Dare Designs. A new lucky chair exclusive, and a new release. The wine coloured "Blood Doll" outfit shown first is a chair only colour. Stalk the damn chair dammit!! The blood colour shown is my all time fave from Dare, and is just about to be released in the main store. The hair is from HCT and as far as I'm concerned (and Sasybum who told me about it last year) it's the best hat hair ever made (meaning best hair that fits under a hat). "Saleen" is an L, for a fat pack, and no I'm not high :P And speaking of hair, Hairfair 2009 is about to kick off. Question is, are you lot ready? Ash Out.

All of these gorgeous outfits are from Jill. It may be old news to alot of you, but for me (in Adaire's words) I've had my head up my ass, and once I unassified myself I realised Jill had redecorated and now has a group gift area outside her store. Join the group and have your tag activated to get your mitts on the lushness. Shown with the to die for Seduction skins from Cupcakes. While they are sooo not free, there was a BOGOF sale happening earlier today, you'll have to check the group notices to see when it's over. Also I saw the hair I'm wearing on Gogo's blog, and decided I would die a terrible, terrible death if I didn't own it :P It's from Slink, it rocks, you need it.
Yes, a preview, from Dare Designs. A new lucky chair exclusive, and a new release. The wine coloured "Blood Doll" outfit shown first is a chair only colour. Stalk the damn chair dammit!! The blood colour shown is my all time fave from Dare, and is just about to be released in the main store. The hair is from HCT and as far as I'm concerned (and Sasybum who told me about it last year) it's the best hat hair ever made (meaning best hair that fits under a hat). "Saleen" is an L, for a fat pack, and no I'm not high :P And speaking of hair, Hairfair 2009 is about to kick off. Question is, are you lot ready? Ash Out.

Bah!
So I'm feeling thoroughly sick, I have eaten waaaaaaaay to much choccy today. But Mini Ash is totally stoked at her scoreage (she woke up at 5am to hunt her eggs!)
I had logged into a message the other day from Dakota, asking if I wanted to blog the dollarbies at the new Dakota's Skins And Shapes. After much squeeing, I answered a terribly sedate "yes please"!! Shown above is the "Prettyboy" shape, a total score and a very welcome change from the huge muscle mary type of shape that makes me roll my eyes. Shown with a shirt from Mayden Couture, Kmad jeans, and some ossum sauce 5L Skull VanZ from Amplify. The skin is an old promo gift from Damiani, which could still be available? "Joshua Deco" is all beaten up and teary, perfect in my books!
I was so excited about my next find, I read about these sneakers here (thanks Gabi!) Get thee to Hoorenbeek to grab em! There's girls and boys sizes in the gift, you're looking for a HUGE easter basket. Hit up the subscribo while you're there, and you'll be rewarded with this nifty shirt. The skin shown from Laqroki isnt free, but I wanted to show that the shape worked well on diff boy's skins. All the boy's hair was a group gift from Kmad, might not be available now, but definitely worth checking the subscribo and inworld group.
LeeZu Baxter sent out this beautiful dress through the subscribo the other day. A million and 27.5 layers and looks to play with! The skin shown is another dollarbie from Dakota. It's a beautiful Sezmra mod, very delicate and pretty.
And bringing up the rear is an added gift in the Dare Designs Easter hunt. Fanfuckingtastic wings or what! Get thee to hunting :p Ash Out.

Crimson Chair And More
Mini Ash went back to school today, woohoo!!! Means I also have to go to work, but dealing with grown up children will make a nice change :P
Lets take a look at the latest dollarbie from KOSH, named "Kretch". Yes, it's named after that Kretch, the uber cool Sn@tch model I have seen strutting her stuff at many a show. I love the textures on this set, all earthy and warm, it won't be available for a linden for very long, so best to grab yours now.
This morning I woke up to a folder from the lovely Lokum Shilova of Crimson Shadow fame. Yes! It's time for lucky chair newness there, so get to stalking. This stunning dress is called "Whisper Of The Feather", it is just beautiful, Ash=pretty princess!! I've shown it with part of a jewelry set you can grab at a hunt at Dare Designs. Prizes include: A full set of jewelry for ladies broken up amongst various eggs - specially designed for this hunt and not available any other way...
A claw torc for men (necklace)...
Special Edition 'Vicious' boots for ladies...

There is one simple rule for this hunt, and I'll paste it from the card so I don't bugger it up: Rules:
Simple. Come, hunt, don't give away the locations of the eggs.
To keep it fun for everyone, anyone caught publishing, shouting out, or giving away the locations will be ejected from the sim - possibly banned. This includes TPing people directly to the eggs. It's called a 'hunt', so let's keep it fair for everyone.
And speaking of Dare Designs, check out this Enforcer set. So much hawt in one folder, it's not out as yet, but keep your eyes peeled for special lucky chair colours and/or MM versions. When I get the exact info, I'll update my post! Back to work for me now. Ash Out.

Is Shopping In Latex Ever Appropriate? Mmhmm!
When these outfits landed in my inv yesterday, I swear I was trying to think of ways to get away with going shopping in latex, cos there was no way in hell I wanted to take *any* of them off!
See this pink lushness? You cannae buy this, you can only get it in the chairs at Dare Designs. You have exactly one week of stalking before they go on sale. You get the choice of see through or not so see through, layers galore all sorts of ways to wear and play. The skin? OMG. Rosemary and Mimi of Cupcakes have once again taken generosity to a new level. There is an Easter egg hunt going on, you're looking for 20 eggs of deliciousness. You'll get loads of clothes and this scrummy makeup, in all tones from the brand new Seduction line.
And just because it's the hottest latex I've seen in awhile, here's a preview of some of the other colours you can buy from Dare Designs. The blood is my favie, just delicious, go buy it!! Now if you'll excuse me, I need some alone time with my screenshots :P Ash Out.

Rollergirl FTW!
I loved the movie Boogie Nights, and not for Marky Mark and his um appendage? I love loved Heather Graham as Rollergirl.
And here I am, with better hair of course :P Dare Munroe has put this piece of pink lusciousness in the lucky chair at Dare Designs.
The skates actually fecking skate.....omg. I had entirely too much fun skating round the grid, and skating at the ossumness that is Roller Rama Roller Rink. There is a life size cutout of John Travolta there circa Saturday Night Fever!!
