Some cute free things to make your Sunday brighter! Poetic Colors has a new freebie in store, part of their latest release, and I've been stalking lucky chairs at Bitch Tail to grab a few pretties.

Now, you should know that I'm wearing a mesh body in these pictures (the Maitreya Lara one), simply because I think it looks better when taking pictures, but it doesn't work very well with the dress, and there a little skin poking out around the shoulder blade on one side, which you can't see because I'm only showing the front. When wearing the regular SL body, the alpha does the trick, and it's a free dress, and apart from that very pretty!

Do they Sell that Over the Counter?

I've been a shy fangirl of Katx Kirax of Bingo for quite a while now.  She has never had a huge store but she always injects her items with a sense of humor that I appreciate.  She recently released a sweet, little dollarbie that includes a cotton candy striped t-shirt, colorful nail polish, 2 face tattoos (1 tint-able) and a pose (not shown).  Then to top it all off she TP'ed me to Love Soul, where I won this adorable hair that was recently added to their lucky chairs, which perfectly compliments her tats. I had been trying to win it to no avail; it comes in 4 different color packs and are split between the chair in the main store and the one behind the food store.  I added the latest group gift from Pididdle, the envelope necklace, which I seriously need in RL to attach permanently to my son who is forgetting half the things he should bring home from school. Thank you to all the designers for the wonderful presents!

Some lucky chair stuff

I wanted to show you the items in the lucky chair at Duh! I love Duh for their inexpensive shoes and accessories, and recently, the lucky chairs have been updated with this bag in white and these shoes in white. You can find them on the second floor.

I decided to pair them with one of the not so new lucky chair prizes at elymode, these leggings in this color. Some notes about the shoes, they come with an alpha layer included, and this bag comes with sliver and gold chain options and also with and without pose as well.

(I usually use a white background but since white on white is blinding, I changed it to black. I can't always say that I'll do this style of posting by the way. I prefer doing features.)

Skin Fair Finds

I've been trying to do this post for days and finally finished some photos.  Modavia Productions is hosting the 3rd Skin Fair at Vanity Universe through March 6 and it's a great opportunity to check out new releases from many skin designers as well as pick up some nice gifts.  I can't begin to show all of the gifts here but I will show you a few of my favorites.  Right now it's fairly challenging to get onto the sim but there is still plenty of time.

The best thing I heard today is that Happy Finds is reopened.  Free*Style has blogged them in the past and I TP'ed there as soon as I got word.  Right now the group is free to join (don't expect that to last) and there are gifts in the notices as well as in the store along with a few great discounts.

I'm totally in love with the eye makeup included in (R E D) M I N T's gift.  The deep, deep blue show is topped with light shimmers and will be one I go back to again and again.

The gift from Your Skin & Your Shape is a fantastic skin that includes various hair base and cleavage layers. It's a nice, fresh face that should work well with makeup layers. Mystic Sky: New Gown / New Year

Pink Posh Burlesque Corsets

Lois Millgrove, who owned SkinSane, has opened a new store called Pink Posh.  She has loaded her lucky chair with an amazing burlesque corset set in 4 different colors.  My pal, Jacqui Pobieski, TP'ed me for the black version and I hung out with fellow Lucky Chair Stalkers and won 2 more!  The set includes a laced-up corset, sexy little panties and gartered stockings.

Eden Loves Eve

I found out about this cute store, Kat, thru the group Lucky Chair Stalkers and I instantly knew I must have the dress, Eve.  This dress can be yours with only 160 slaps and when I looked last there were still a few spots left today.  It is lusciously sexy and easy to accessorize.  I went full-steam ahead on the accessories, disregarding the "one great accessory" rule I usually follow.   The dress pairs perfectly with the Lola Boots in exotic textures that you can win in the lucky chair at Baby Monkey in the main room (the 10 L sale on discontinued Ultimates is still going on in the other lucky chair room for some real bargains).  While you are at Baby Monkey, make sure you pick up the four sets of free prim nails.  They are scripted for color change and the gloves are tint-able to match your skin.  Thanks to Jelly Supply, also from Lucky Chair Stalkers, for turning me onto these great sunglasses from arrya that you can pick up for free as an  Eels opening gift.  Right next to it are also a free stump chair and some great bangles for both men and women.

Hungry?

Sanu is busy again and I couldn't be happier.  She has filled her lucky chair with monocles, is participating in the OmNom hunt as well as a miniquest exclusive to her store.  Also she has restocked her lucky cupcake with mini-burgers and has gifts in the in-world group and discount earrings in the store.  There is so much I could show but I don't want to fill the blog page so I am going to show a sample of the items you  can pick up for free or next to nothing.
