Big Boobie Babes

Big Boobie Babes, for those that are unaware, is an inworld group designed specifically for all things breast enhancement related. Many stores set out group gifts at their mainstore locations for the Big Boobie Babes to come and collect.  There is also a Big Boobie Babes HQ where designers can purchase a board and put up a freebie so you don't have to go grid hopping, you can just pick it all up in one location.  I went to the HQ last night and grabbed a bunch of the items that were up.  I'm not sure how long these gifts have been up, or how long they intend to stay up, so I suggest popping over frequently to check for new gifts.

My Eclectic SLife

Hi everyone.  My first post as a blogger on Free*Style is packed full of freebies and cheapies that I've picked up in the last few days. I have a bit of an eclectic taste when it comes to fashion, accessories and furniture so hopefully I can appeal to a wide range of readers =)

All the furniture I have for you today are dollarbies from a new to me store called Frogstar.  It's all 100% original mesh and so cute.  I'm sensing that the creator is a bit of a book worm with all the book/reading related items. All the benches come with a heap of sit poses to choose from but I chose to stand up and show off my new outfit and I'm using a freebie pose from Pipit \o/

While I'm normally a dark colours and bold patterns kid of girl - I can't go past the cute stuff now and then.  The fox sweater from MoonAmore tickled my fancy so I had to grab it and while I was there I saw the skirt as well and through I could make a cute little outfit with the two of them. I want to talk about the skin for a moment before I end this post.  While it's not a special or discount it is a very inexpensive skin from a talented skin maker that was away for a while and has recently returned.  !Imabee is only on the MP at the moment and there are only three skins to choose from, but at $200L and under for the skins it's a steal!  They also come included with the SLink feet and hand appliers.

Hello Loveliest ones! Did you miss me? I missed you! Fingers crossed my computer woes are finally over and I'm back to being a good lil blogger. The chilly winter months mean . . . time to chow down on SL foodz. Hehe.

The white candy sweater has been out since Halloween (NOTE: get it inworld for $5L, since it's $10L on Marketplace for some reason) but I thought these sweet candies & cupcakes print looked so cute against this free hot pink skirt.

We tend to focus a lot on fashion, decor + other "gettable" items here on Free*Style, but some of the best free things that you can experience inworld are the thoughtful builds that you can encounter thruout our metaverse. The Shoe Heaven build (absolutely stunning in its architectural details) at Shoetopia 2013 is a great example of this; another is the spectacularly lovely floating "night market" at the Water Lantern Festival, which sets various stores afloat on lily-strewn waters, complete with colorful hovering lanterns glowing brightly against a smoky indigo night sky -- offering a lush backdrop for some really cute gatcha grabs, like this brown coin purse necklace I'm wearing here by C'est La Vie (unfortunately this li'l event is ending tomorrow (on 11/20), so if you want to check it, you gotta hurry ASAP).

The Love of a ballerina and a Cactus...

is clearly a precious thing! ^_^ So I was at The Thrift Shop, feeding my terrible gacha addiction, when I came across these super cute poses from Vanity Poses! I'd had this ballerina outfit kicking around in my head for awhile and this pretty much sealed it for me.

A warning about this tutu dress - the alpha didn't fit my shape at all so you may need to do some shape adjusting to make sure you're all covered. Time to dance off into the sunset with my darling Cap'n the Cactus!

A lovely night for a ball!

With such a handsome date too how can I resist? Sn@tch is a great store that kindly puts out a new fishing item every other week and until Nov. 6th you can fish for my outfit above! There are also a tophat, earrings, make-up aaaand a latex lingerie set to fish for. The skirt on this outfit might be one of my favorite sl skirts ever. Watching myself walk around has never been so fun! ^_^

HALLOWEEN!!!! You may not have noticed, but some of us are getting a teensy bit excited for Halloween and - thankfully - creators are just as much in the spooky spirit. PopTart is holding a Spooky Hunt until October 25th so you have a lil under a week to find the 8 bats! A warning, there were a bunch of us in store who couldn't find #6 so it may have been eaten.

I think so Witchy, but aren't all murderous flesh-eaters tragically misunderstood? No Barbie! I meant that the Boo Bunny Hunt 2 has officially started! ^_^ Hunting alone is no fun so I quickly dropped by Collabor88 to ask Witchy here to come with me. Clearly she's the Brain of the two of us.

Thank goodness she did come along because otherwise I may not have figured out how to get to the evil forest full of sponsor gifts at the end. This creepycute skeledress from ViVi is my favorite of the lot and it even comes with Lola and Phatazz appliers!

Witchy talked this giant bunny we met at UI into joining our plot and told me the only real way to ride a giant bunny was to do it blindfolded. Seil Xpression supplied a festive one and we're set. She is the brains here after all. Just between us, giant bunnies are the secret to global domination. Don't tell too many people.

Hello again all!

In a rare break from zombie-slaying I managed to dash over to the Body Modification Expo currently being put on by Depraved Nation! It just opened on Thursday and will be around til November 3rd so there's plenty of time to get cleaned up and go crazy! Some creators were also kind enough to put out free gifts as shown below and I luckily found 3 or 4 new stores that I'm now crazy about.

On a much sadder note, Atypical is closing it's doors at the end of October for some serious maintenance. They've become my favorite place to go to for fun extras so while there is no ETA for a return as of yet I know I'll be watching closely! Some items will be moved to the marketplace while the brand is reinvented but I strongly advise you to hurry to the store before the end of the month for anything you might like. In their usual generous fashion they've set out 3 cute Halloween group gifts you can pick up in store and through group notices.
