A Diner Dash

I never really liked computer "games" other than like Word Munchers in Kindergarten until I played Diner Dash randomly.  I thought it was fun and so when I saw an article on Yahoo! about free internet games I checked it out.  I saw Second Life was one of the top ten and I was super interested in it since I loved the thought of dressing up my own little avatar "doll."  Well, the rest, as they say, is history.  Today I have my own little diner dame look which hopefully can give you a cheap way to dress up your little pixel dolly!

Halloweenie

One thing I love about Halloween is being able to look totally outrageous and mismatched and colorful and awesome without people giving me the side eye. These items just make me happy in my soul. Free, Cheap, Closing Sale, All Sorts of Stuff!

Pink Posh is closing. If you don't know of Pink Posh and love lingerie and corsets now is the time to check it out. The lucky chair is packed full of corset goodness and the items for sale are all set from 10L-100L. There are also skins from Skinny in the store from 25L-100L.

The skins are from Mango, Mango! The doll skin is my 69L Hump Day item, I usually leave them out for several days for the people that miss Wednesdays :) The other skin is FREE in the Blame It On the Pop! hunt. It's very easy to find, just take a peek at the other cheapies hehe. The necklace is from Love Soul's Mini Mania and took me FOREVER to win but it was totes worth it.

Christmas In July

It's sweltering hot, which means that the contrary girl in me is dreaming of brrrr winter weather + holiday parties. Luckily some new gifties + cheapies put me right in the holiday mood.

Kid Stuff.

I know we have a few kid av readers so I found a couple kid-tastic things to show you! First off Cupcakes has started a new line, and new group, for kid avs. If you join Cupcakes Kids you can get this cute skirt for free, as well as a top which isn't shown.This hair is only 1L at Love Soul and what child doesn't love messy pigtails? Well, when I was a child I was *forced* into any sort of hairstyle by my mom, I would have preferred to go around with my tangled locks flowing wildly but you know how it is, darn parents. Killing Zombies Makes Trees Pop Out Sometimes

My favorite event in all of SL last year was the zombie killing Christmas event. I actually don't even remember what the prizes were because this event is so much more than the prizes. It's seriously FUN! Not many things in SL, structured event wise, are that fun anymore. You can only do so many hunts, go to so many clubs, and abuse gestures in so many stores before everything becomes ho hum. Basically what you do is go to the event starting point. Click the oh so sad reindeer for information. He is sad because someone turned Santa into zombies and now there will be no Christmas!! It's up to you to "purify" the Santas to save Christmas. Buy the male or female outfit box (whatever floats your boat :P) and wear. Resize your hair/hat to fit correctly then delete the script. Wearing the outfit adds to the fun and goofiness and reduces the lag for everyone. Grab the free pillow/weapon and TP to either the Love Soul or Nipponbashi sim.Hair: Love Soul, zombie event prize

When you see a zombie (they are all OUTSIDE of the stores, not inside) get close and click the ground. You will pillow smack them to death. They will either contain a prize-giving Christmas tree or they'll just fall flat and disappear. If there is a prize inside you don't have to click it or anything, it will automatically be sent to you. Only a small portion of zombies hold a prize. Seriously, a SMALL portion. I was at it for around five hours and got barely over half the gifts.Outfit One: The special default zombie purifying outift

The gifts come in the form of a boxed ticket. Inside the box is a voucher you wear, a long with the LM to the store where the gift is located.
