I thought I would show you some limited edition cheapies from Prue's real quick too! Prue's isn't an actual store, it is a free gift server. Basically, whenever Pru makes something cute she sends it out free to her subscriber members. Problem is, the group has gotten HUGE and she can no longer afford the upkeep. So I am all HEY make some stuff and sell it until you get enough money to pay the monthly subscribtion fee! And she did!All the items are cheap. The most expensive being only 115L and it comes with the dress AND shoes. Most things are 30L or less. Once she has enough money to keep the freebie server running for a while the items are gone! So get them now while you have a chance :)

Kid Stuff.

I know we have a few kid av readers so I found a couple kid-tastic things to show you! First off Cupcakes has started a new line, and new group, for kid avs. If you join Cupcakes Kids you can get this cute skirt for free, as well as a top which isn't shown. This hair is only 1L at Love Soul and what child doesn't love messy pigtails? Well, when I was a child I was *forced* into any sort of hairstyle by my mom, I would have preferred to go around with my tangled locks flowing wildly but you know how it is, darn parents. The sooo awesome eyes are free from A.D.D. Andel and have music notes in them :O I love music so yay! There is also a pair with no music notes and just glittery goodness.

Attack of the Holiday Spirit, Episode 2

Ah yes. More red and green for you my loves.I'm feeling the Christmas love. I used to be a total Grinch, but I think being a mom has made me appreciate the holidays much more. Seeing the little buddies all excited about the tree and the lights and the shiny wrapping paper just makes my heart melt. I might not look as awesome decorating the tree as my av does, and I certainly wouldn't be holding glass balls in my mouth (trying not to make dirty joke) but it's still fun anyway.
Aren't these shoes from Love Soul adorable?! I want some non-Christmas ones with like a cat-bat of doom clinging on instead of reindeer. CAT-BATS SHALL INHERIT THE EARTH.
This is my favorite tree I have seen in SL so far. Something about it is just kitschy classic. And the little tree skirt. Fabulous!
WORN:
Hat w/Hair: Vanity Hair, see note*
Tree: A.D.D. Andel, lucky board prize
Skin: DPD, picks gift
Shoes: Love Soul, picks rewards
Mouth Ornament: Famish, lucky board prize (includes other colors as well)
Tree Dress: Stitch by Stitch, not free but super awesome!

*NOTE: The Vanity Hair hat with pigtails attached was sent to the subscriber as a gift and is not available for redelivery. However, the hat is available for 1L separately. Also, there is an in world group for Vanity Hair that has a 100L join fee. I assume they got this hair and it would be in the notices, though I am not a million percent sure since I am not in it.

P.S.- Please make some cat-bat related goods. :P

Ahoy!!

The Black Market Pirate Union is having a hunt! Some of the best stores in SL have mini shops here with free, cheap, and exclusive items. Adding a hunt on top of that is just getting to have pumpkin AND pecan pie for Thanksgiving dessert. Yum!

The prizes made me feel really giddy and childlike. Lots of color and ruffles and good ideas found in these items.

To claim the prizes go to the area and look around for pumpkins. When you click a pumpkin it will give you a question with three possible answers. The questions are all spooky/Halloween type questions and are really fun. To answer you just type /8 followed by either a, b, or c, whichever you think is the correct answer.

Beware of answering questions on two different pumpkins that are close together, I have discovered; if the first pumpkin you answered on hasn't "timed out" it will still hear you trying to answer the second pumpkin's questions and you will end up getting multiples of the same gift. I think I ended up with like four birdhouses, lol. There are lots of prizes to be found, apparently there are more that just weren't out yet when I started hunting. I have a tendency to jump the gun when I see names like Sugarcube, Ohmai!, Bettelbones, etc. :PBlack Market Freebies:
Long Pearl Necklace: Twosome
Black Necklace w/Flower and Feathers: Glow Studio
Little Witch Necklace: Lagyo
Beanie w/Hair: Balaclava
Yellow Sweater (other colors available too): Modd.G
Chic Tinkerbell Dress/Leotard/Shoes: Ohmai!
Hearts Tank Top: Sugarcube
Orange Camisole: Madsy
