Silly Sheep

  I don't know why but I felt the need for animated bubbles with this sheep hat.  It just screams BUBBLE ME!  Bubbles or not it's pretty adorable.  Only 7L!

  This skin is a fun makeup version of a previous release from La Petite Morte.  I can't handle how pretty her skins are.  Even with my missing-toothed smile you should still be able to see how much work she put into these skins!  Here's a no bubble photo for you too. :P

Step into Fantasy

As with most months, there are so many things going on, to keep us busy. One of the upcoming events I am most excited about is The Fantasy Gacha Carnival. I am not only a designer in the event, but also a blogger. 

I don't often apply as a blogger, for store nor events, due to time constraints. I sadly just can't guarantee a certain amount of posts every week, as my store comes first. I was convincing enough to be allowed as a blogger for the event, even with being in it myself.

So I will be here to tease you with all the wonderful items, as well as bring you some freebies/cheapies to complete your looks.

The Fantasy Gacha Carnival starts on October 1st. There will be good number of Designers at least, each with a few gachas. If you'd like to know some more information, see some sneak peeks, you can go to the official blog HERE!

Vogue is having a bit of a hunt in their store until the end of the month. There are 5 little boxes to look for. The dress I am wearing is one of the gifts, and it went so perfect with all the gacha previews I am showing you today.

The hunt didn't take me too long, about 7 minutes, with the boxes just a bit bigger than your avi's hand. It's well worth it, even if you aren't an avid hunter, the other gifts are just as lovely.

Sometimes a shoot just needs to be done on location. This little fairy forest is enclosed, so it makes a lot softer shadows(at least for me it did, I probably didn't play enough with my settings). There are lots of little places to explore, and take pics at. There is also horse riding.

She sort of looks like a really angry bride, it was totally unintentional.

I was pleasantly surprised when I put on this skin and shape combo from La Petite Morte by Voshie Paine. I am so use to having my own shape, I normally only try others if they are free and I'm featuring it for an event I'm covering, or maybe a hunt. The combo is something worth paying full price for, but you get it discounted my friends! I paired it with a Mock Cosmetics eye makeover to create a more unique makeup styling. I left the lips, cause well, look at those lips!

~~~ Pro Tip for the Hair Wreath ~~~

This is a NO MOD item, which means it might get tricky trying to find the right hair to go with it. Also the centre point of the item is the back bow, so it gets sort of funky when you go to move/rotate it around on your head. Pick a day when you have the patience to play around, as this item is worth the hassle of using edit mode.

Rainbows and Unicorns

Hi guys!  I bought this unicorn the other day at Genre and really wanted to take pictures with it but I had no clue what to wear.  When Alice Project released this hunt gift hair with all sorts of potential rainbow magic and then my store partner released this group gift rainbow dress I knew I had found a match for my 'corn!

Who says that once Halloween is over we have to stop liking the dark side?  Certainly not me!  My tiny latex skirt from Sakide and skeleton tank from Sn@tch are both hunt gifts at The Resting Place event.  If you haven't been yet, don't worry, it's is on through the 18th.  Prepare for some spooky!  My hair is from Alice Project and is a hunt gift in store now.  The hair comes with a brand-spanking new version of the Autumn Colors HUD, as well as the Nova mini-pack colors HUD, so you can mix and match natural colors and unnatural  steaks, partial colors, etc.  Love, love, love.  My brooch is a Mini Mania prize from Lasaki.  There always seems to be something cute in the Mini Mania at this store, for realz. Fallen Sane

Fallen Gods has this really cool tattoo layer makeup as a gift for the Where's the Concert? hunt.  I love me some David Bowie so this makeup, being inspired by Aladdin Sane, is a total win for me.  I used the 10L eyebrow remover tattoo layer from La Petit Morte to cover the eyebrows on the skin, which is 0L on the marketplace.  I edited the eyelids in in Gimp post-process so don't expect the closed eyes to look so neat. xD  I can do a quick tutorial on how to make them look cleaner when closed if anyone is interested.  Enjoy!

Sunday Happiness

OK so Mons has some wonderful VIP gifts out right now.  In the group notices you can find this lovely skin and in the store you can find a red-lipped skin and red dress combo!  This designer is always really generous but giving out two skins within two weeks that are this nice is over the top!  The cost to join is currently 100L but, um, 100L for 2 skins and a dress?  Totally worth it!  The eyebrows on the skin are lovely but I couldn't get them to work right on my big fat head so I used the eyebrow remover from La Petite Morte to cover them up (it's only 10L and tintable to match just about any skin) and just put one of the eyebrow tattoo layers from Cupcakes (came with the London skin but might be in the demo as well, not sure) over it.  Multiple layers for the win!  I then put on the free eyelash layer from Cheap Makeup and I was quite satisfied. 

My necklace (by Lolapop!) and my dress (by Somnia) can both be found at the new event called Etheria.  They aren't free but are both fairly priced and the event is pretty cool so check it out!  My hair is from Clawtooth by Clawtooth and was a part of the last FLF event.  It is still on sale for 50L at the time of this post for a 2 color pack but it could be taken away any time so hustle your bustle if you want it.  My tattoo is from Radicalism and isn't free and it's old but I wear it a lot and still love it. xD  Finally, my eyes are my go-tos from Croire and my pose is from Long Awkward Pose.  Enjoy!
