Of Carts and Undies

Well, my computer is not working well still and I have a feeling I will be in the store getting a new one soon.  Such a bummer.  One thing that cheers me up though is a good deal and if you are reading this blog you probably feel the same! :D  Good thing there are tons of deals and gifts lately to give us a tiny bit of cheer as the cold winter months drag on.  Or, if you are in a part of the world where it is summer, then it can keep you cheerful while you have to listen to everyone else complain about being cold. :P

I got my lingerie and my sweater at The Wash sim cart sale from Somnia at 10L a piece.  They each come in multiple colors so that's really cool.  My necklace is from Lasaki and it's not out yet!!  It will be out at Shop Free*Style in a gacha machine with other styles for 10L a try.  My lovely bow ring is from Olive and is a gift for SL Fashion Week group members.  Go to the event space and touch the box with your tag on to receive it.  My hair and skin are not free but they are both great deals so check out the details below!

Greenie Meanie

Who says that once Halloween is over we have to stop liking the dark side?  Certainly not me!  My tiny latex skirt from Sakide and skeleton tank from Sn@tch are both hunt gifts at The Resting Place event.  If you haven't been yet, don't worry, it's is on through the 18th.  Prepare for some spooky!  My hair is from Alice Project and is a hunt gift in store now.  The hair comes with a brand-spanking new version of the Autumn Colors HUD, as well as the Nova mini-pack colors HUD, so you can mix and match natural colors and unnatural  steaks, partial colors, etc.  Love, love, love.  My brooch is a Mini Mania prize from Lasaki.  There always seems to be something cute in the Mini Mania at this store, for realz. Casual

Just a simple, casual look for you today.  Pastels are a bit out of my comfort zone but I'm so tired it feels nice to relax with soft colors.  My skin is a group gift from Yoon, a new to me store.  I saw the gift on Flickr and was all o.o must have now.  There is another gift in the store as well.  My hair is a subscriber gift from ChiChickie.  The store gives a subscriber gift of one color just about every release and does each new item in a fatpack of colors for 95L for the first day or so of release.  Awesome deal! 

My eyeshadow is one of a zillion colors you can get from Elymode in the MySecondBox group gift.  The group has gifts in the notices from Elymode, Bother, La Petite Morte, Adore&Abhor, and Glitterati.  My necklace is from Lasaki and is only 50L for Horror Haute.  I love the colors and the cameo.  Gorgeous!  Completing my outfit today are the previously blogged free lashes from Cheap Makeup and a soft, lace trimmed cropped top  from Sleeping Koala that is a nice release.  Yay!
