It all started with a Riot Vendor at
A:S:S for a fatpack of punk hoodies with bands like The Ramones, Dead Kennedys, and The Cramps. Hordes of rawk chicks descended upon the vendor and slapped the MM board in a frenzy. Let's face it: we all love a great deal!
We finally battled the thing down to about $129L, and then it wouldn't budge. We heard later it actually goes all the way down to $100, but with all the lag...well, $129L for 5 sexy little hoodies was a good deal anyway! There's also a lucky chair that gives out gift cards - woot!
A few of us were quite pleased with our purchases, including Sileny, Eden, and a cute chica I met while unf unfing the riot vendor named Casia Serpente. We were so pleased, in fact, that we immediately put on our new hoodies and decided...
IT'S TIME...TO RAWK!
Oh yes, it got serious. Real serious. Of course, DJ Gecko Gorilla wouldn't miss out on the action either, and those of us without guitars headed over to
Gibson Island at Casia's suggestion to load up on cool free guitars and tees. TONS of free guitars! Being the
Rock Band and
Guitar Hero enthusiast that I am, I
fainted straight away at all of the
rawk-ready free goodies.
Now that we were "well equipped" (muahaha) we decided to form an impromptu band for some hot
busking action in Harold, one of the newest Starlust sims. There are TONS of freebies and dollarbies across the street from
where we played.
We were jammin away, much to the...erm, confusion of passersby. But it was awesome! With Eden and me on guitar, Sileny on the drums, Casia as lead singer, and DJ GG as...well, the DJ, we were a real band!

A:S:S hoodies in style, with GG sporting one of the many free Gibson Guitar tees you can find on Gibson Island.
I rocked in my free "Picks Reward" Shelly hair from
Philotic Energy and a free tee from
A:S:S that you can find on the roof that's unisex and clever. While not free, these baggy pants from
Sn@tch, part of a set called "Hot Topic," made me totally reek of rockstar 'tude.
Casia tore it up with her hoodie and her awesome lucky chair ensemble from
4Eva GuTta. Her awesome karaoke thingie that actually played tunes while it emitted colorful music notes everywhere isn't free, but it kicks major ass for only $135 at
Nylon Outfitters.
None of the bewildered and unsuspecting audience in Harold threw any coins into our guitar tip jar, but we're not giving up! Why? Because it's all about the music. (...and the freebies!)
