A Night Out

After a long week, Rey and I are looking forward to some fun.  I decided to dress up in some great finds I found through the Pinterest board.  Ladies, I tell you...this is the way to go if you don't want to spend a lot of lindens but still want to look good.  With the exception of my Maitreya mesh body (which is worth every penny!) this entire outfit, including hair and skin, AND pose cost me $3L!
So get out there and get shopping ladies!  There is no reason to wear all that old terrible 2006 and 2007 freebie junk when just a bit of online shopping will have you looking amazing!  Wait til Rey sees this outfit...I think he's gonna like it...*winks

There I was, all set up and ready to take a Southern Living worthy pic of all the great inexpensive decorative Fall items I had found, and who had to go and get in the shot?  Reylan of course.  That man has a way of popping up whenever a camera is nearby!  Celeste and I are going to have to start locking him in his room if this keeps up!  Anyways, just peek around him at all the goodies I have found for you today! Nothing over $1L! And my outfit, hair and accessories were each under $10L!  Thriftaholic Mena strikes again! As always, anything over $10L is not listed in the credits below, but if you see something, just shoot me a line and I'll give you the deets.

A couple notes.  The hair from Little Bones is phenomenal!  You get 19...yes you read that right...19 full color huds!...for $1L!  Go get this now!  The dress I am wearing, I highly recommend wearing some leggings under it.  It's short, very short, as in my Grammy would have a fit, make sure you are wearing clean underwear kind of short!  I found some great leggings from my go to for affordable style, HOC Industries.  They worked great under the dress and my Grammy won't have to lecture me on things lady's don't do.

'Sup Guys

  So my computer is working...sort of.  I discovered how to get onto SL and take a photo but the photos are sort of horrible.  So I had to fix this one up with a lot of post-process, even though it looks like it's not really.  So just be warned that colors especially may not be what they appear inworld compared to what they look like here.  Thankfully all of this stuff is cheap so if you end up not liking it you are missing out on like ten cents. XD

  The "skin" I am wearing is actually a mod applier for the Utilizator Avatar 2.0 Beta that I am wearing.  The av itself is only 400L and there are some fun appliers like this one, and also anyone can make appliers for it if they get the av so that's cool.  This applier mod is from Milk Teeth and is only 5L.
  My eyes are from Real Eyes and are only 5L, and include black, white, and mesh.  They are really cool and creepy and the store has lots of other cheapies too.
  My top is from a big pack of colors by Vitrimi.  I was first wearing the black color for the photo but decided I kind of liked this color better for the contrast.  It's nice to have flexible color options for only 1L!
  My hair is a group gift from Little Bones.  I honestly can't even remember if it is the latest gift or not because the store releases so many gifts.  There are lots of past gift for members in the store too so even if this wasn't the most recent you can still find it there.  There is a very small group join fee that is nothing at all compared to the generosity of the owners.
  Hope you like this post and I hope I can keep this computer going to do more.  The Free*Style readers and bloggers have made my SL very joyous on many occasions and I hope to be posting for you for a long time to come. :)

Breaking Necks

  I have had lots of fun trying on things from Silly Seven.  Combining those items with items I have been finding around the grid is tons of fun.  A lot of the stores involved with Silly Seven have gifts in their stores currently or give out gifts sometimes to their customers because they are just generous and awesome.  One of these stores is Show Me on the Doll.  Not only did they make these cool kitty pants for Silly Seven that I wanted to show you but they also have this awesome free shirt in the store.  Sweet!

  This lipstick from Weaponized Sugar (how great of a store name is that!?) matches the orange on the pants.  Well, sort of.  Good enough for me.  :P  The pack comes with lots of colors and is honestly some of the nicest lipstick I have tried in a long time.  It's glossy and gorgeous and comes with a tintable base to make sure it covers the existing lipstick on your skin so that the tattoo lipstick can blend flawlessly.  Also includes Loud Mouth and Omega appliers!  Paired with this questioning-brow skin from Sacrelicious it makes quite the combo.
