Preparing for the Pamper Party

Hey everyone, I haven't been on much right now, RL has been busy. I did want to pop on and tell you that the Kink in Pink hunt is ending today, on the Short Leash sim. There are a bunch of designers, each with more than a few gifts hidden in little hearts. The hearts are colour coded per store, so be sure to check out the preview pavillion, to see who made what, and what colour you need to search for. Gift prices range from L$10 to L$25.

There is this unique little hunt going on, which is just for the marketplace. Each designer has an item that is Free to L$10. All you have to do is go to the Hunt site HERE, look at the list, click the links of the store you are interested in, those links will take you to their marketplace, then start hunting. I need these IRL

I came across the store Duh! in March of 2009. I was out and about, finding shoes for my sister, and low and behold, here was an awesomely named store, with great prices, and who actually offered lots of colours!

If you want to take a trip down nostalgia lane, I dug up the post. I forgot how funny I use to get on here. So go ahead, click it, laugh at my retro blog pics, shake your head at my humour. I know I did, haha.

Renee has been working in Blender, and making her own mesh now. These cute little boots are one of the results.

She was also a treasure, and offers them in purple, with there being the dreaded PANK! also in the package.

Time to go home

I have to actually admit to never having a home in sl. I have always had land. I've always had better use for the prims, than a home. It is a luxury I just can't afford.

I do have a linden home, but really, what can you do with those??? haha

We don't often cover Home&Garden here on Free*Style, but we do try to include it when we can.

The Home&Garden Expo is going on right now. This is a Relay for Live charity event. There are more than a few of them throughout the year, but this one is dedicated just for the H&G category of designers.

I am showing you the donation item, this pale hutch from Funky Junk. 100% of the proceeds from the sales made go towards chairty.

All the items on the hutch come with it, so you get all the books, baskets, candles, flowers, leaves and so on. It's a fairly good deal for the quality and amount you get, plus it;s for charity, so well worth it.

You have until the 28th of September to get to the event and look around. There is a L$10 hunt as well as a L$25 hunt going on, brought to you by various designers and sponsors that are on the sims.

Week of Nails - Hello Dave

This applier from Hello Dave has so many options, I'm sure there will be one you will like. I personally fell in love with this one. They all have a little bit of glitter, a little bit of matte and a little bit of shine. To go along with the nails, I am wearing a ring from [CIRCA], a Home and Garden store that just happens to make super cute rings, and puts them in gatchas. This colouration is one of the commons.

I don't often get to use decor and furniture type things in sl. My store is limiting to what I can put in it, not that I mind. I don't have a home, okay not true, I have my linden home, but it's more for me to have a giggle, or somewhere to go where no soul will find me. I do have my work station, but I want all my primage for creating, not things I'll never see or use. What is most funny about all this is that my RL sister, who designs in sl, is in the Home&Garden category.

I did take out the time to find a skybox in inventory, and set it up for this post. Why? [CIRCA] has 2 group gifts right now, these decorative wall plates. There is this blue version, as well as a pink version. Grab yours before they go out of the group notices.
