Dream Fizzle is the genius behind Trashed and *Sisters*. I have many outfits from both selections so when I found out that she had a new dollarbie at the Thrashed store on Horst I hop-footed it over there for this Bunniness dress.
The cute cupcake hat I'm wearing with it is 2 L right now at Sock Shop. The stockings I show in all the photos are 1 L at Thrashed for a 3 pack. It can't get much better than that! 
While I had Dream on my mind I popped in to *Sisters* hoping I could score on of the dresses on her lucky chair. No luck, but I decided to look around and see what she had in store. Lo and behold I found the Mitzy dress (on second floor) for 10 L! I sent Dream a notecard because I thought she had mismarked them and she answered, "No, it's just cheap!" Works for me! 
She was kind enough to let me know about the Katy Dress, too, named after her RL sister (also 10 L). You can find it right by the entrance in a corner. 
Not a dress from Dream but cute enough to be is this adorable 1 L dress from shirohato. It flows beautifully. Next to it is an adorable brown dress, also 1 L that Ding posted awhile back. The dresses in this shop are insanely low-priced and there is also a lucky board with more goods to be had. Not free:
