I am always greatful to have a super fast laptop, I pushed the other 2 girls with 'S' out of the way and sat on the Aoharu lucky chair for this wonderful Blue Knit Dress shown below.
As for the orange checkered skirt, it is a group member gift! You can go to the store and buy it for $0L...but it is limited! When it's gone, it's gone...

well there are also green boots at a lucky chair in the opposing building. (Might be not the opposing one but my memory tells me so.)
