European Vacation

Let's make no bones about it.. G is not a world traveler. Although I would love nothing more than to join Adaire in seeing all the amazing sights throughout the world the fact is I have never been outside the states. That didn't stop me from taking a lil SL trip to Italia Vera though. I mean honestly, the Italians did make the Ferrari so they must know something about style. Upon arrival at the Anubis Style freebie store (to the northeast corner of the sim) that assumption was confirmed in a big way.


First up is a stylish pullover. The browns and yellows fuse perfectly with the slightly visible gray shirt beneath and the beautifully detailed slacks make me long for a sip of true Italian espresso.


Ok, it's time to go rent that fancy sports car and speed around town like the maniac driver I am. That calls for something a bit less casual. The detail in the vest pattern and tie shown here make this outfit stand out and to think it was free is just mind blowing.


After cruising around town a bit (and nearly causing several accidents lol) I figured I better park the car and whisk Adaire off to an opera. Time to class things up a bit. The tuxedo style jacket pictured here with it's wide lapels should do the trick.


I have always had a weak spot for pinstripes and this suit takes the cake. As much as I resist cramming myself into formal wear I had no problem at all slipping into this perfectly tailored piece. Bow ties are usually not my gig either but somehow I think this look suits me well so don't be surprised if you see me at the next great SL gala donning this one.

I am still in awe of the quality of these outfits and although nothing else in my repertoire was free I think any guy out there would be insane not to go pick these up immediately.
