Seldom Blue's Evangeline

Seldom Blue has a small shop on the SXY2ND sim and to celebrate the Mall's new management they are offering a short version of their Evangeline dress in a vibrant blue for only 1 Linden.  I paired it with the new Elf skin available on the Lucky Board at JE Republic.  It comes in both a floral and plain version.  Also, if you are a hair addict like me, you must get to Deviant Kitties this week.  All hair packs are over 50 % off through 10/9 for all hairs with the older textures.  That includes all except new releases.
