There is a Yukata/Beach fair in the Pure Angel sim, and you can find lots
of freebies throughout the Angel Eve Mall.
I didn't have enough time to look around, but lots of goodies such as bikini's,
pose balls, inflatable tube, earrings etc etc.

Hair is a lucky board prize from kik.
This unisex hair is a group gift from booN. Join the group and touch a panel in store to get it, it's a fat pack and 15 colors all together ^.^

FD has another shop in Tableau, I looked for the skin in both locations but couldn't find one. I don't think it's available at this time, unfortunately;;
