I'm having pretty bad problems with things becoming pixelated and out of shape since the last update which is why the breast cups don't look perfectly round from this distance, I can assure you they are round.

If you're seeing lots of pixilation you need to check the graphics settings. This new version of SL seems to be way over-zealous in pushing back to low quality settings with cards that can support much higher quality. My nVidia 7600 256Mb PC was set to 'Low' when it has no problem at all running on 'High' settings, and my second PC, with a nVidia 7900 GT 512Mb card (best ever made in that series) was reported as probably not capable of running SL and set to low when in fact it runs at 'Ultra' at high frame rates with every quality setting on max.
